CDROM ejects during playing

Hi, anybody has any idea about what would cause a CDROM to eject during playing a CD? I made a training CD using flash and SWFKit. My client complaint that during their taking the training, the CD was ejected out. They were able to put it back in and resume, but it messed something up.

Only the mci object can eject the cdrom.
