Kiosk, with blocked keys

Hello,
I would like to use swfkit to make an interactive kiosk, which includes flash elements, together with the ie activex browser.

My question: is there a way to block the keyboard combinations (alt+f4, ctr+alt+del, windows keys....) so that the users never exits the application?

the os is windows xp and win2000.
