Load movies via http in swfkit project

Hi all,

is it possible to load every single swf via http with a swfkit app standalone?

I have a standalone app, my resource file is responsible to load the follow swf files, but these files should be loaded via http. The problem is that basedir still to be my local filesystem because the first file loaded (the resurce file in swf kit project) was loaded locally.

How can I turn around this situation?

Hi,

is it possible to set base path as an http URL?

ex :

Application.setBasePath(""http:\\someurl\swf\);

I use Application.setBasePath(path), where path is a file system path. Works fine.
If i use FlashPlayer.base = path even with same FS path, it stop working.

Any suggestions?

It works if I smash the remote file directly in _root. My new concern now is if it is possible to do it by secure connetion, i.e, via https?
