I think I found a little bug tho, I used my Swfkit 1 serial and it said it registered, then i tried building and application and it said it was created with an unregistered version ???

I tried setting the main menu with the code generator, but it didnt work, my menu was called main and i typed that in the code generator, nothing came up.

However using the menu tutorial with the pdf, it comes up.

I tried the context menu code generator and it worked..sort of, it got confused because the code generator does menu = new Menu();
or something like that.. which makes them both menu.
I change the context menu to menu2 in all places relevant. The exe starts up showing the context menu and main menu doesnt show swf then click anywhere and it makes both menu's dissapear and the swf shows.

However if I use the code from the tutorial everything works perfectly =D

The code generator needs better code(I can write new code for you so you can focus on other aspects), but as a user of swfkit, code generation isnt important to me.

anyhow WELL DONE!! I Love the tutorials, i cant wait for pro 2.0 =D

Fantastic guys. I know you've put in a huge effort, and I've only just downloaded and begun to explore.

Can we assume that all (?) the existing examples you have on the site will work with version 2?

SWFKit 2 is compatible with swfkit 1.x. But some SWFKit 1.x features are not included in SWFKit Express 2. SWFKit Express 2 also has many new features SWFKit 1.x doesn't have. SWFKit Express 2 is a subset of SWFKit 2 and SWFKit 2 is a subset of SWFKit pro 2.

OK - I understand you plan 3 versions of the program. I'm not sure who the middle level will appeal to. Express is good for a "tryout" level, but developers generally want all the power you can offer.

Anyway, any idea of release date for Pro version?

Some SWFKit 1.x features aren't included? Um... would you be able to tell us which ones? I'd like to know before transfering my 1.x file and exporting it in 2.x with the new menu feature.
