oleacc.dll not found

i'v tested my application into windows 98,it works on windows 2000 and xp but in 98 my application didn't start and the message error was this: oleacc.dll not found....
Someone knows why?

[SWFKit]

Sorry, we forgot to turn a option on while buiding SWFKit 2.0. In fact the executable files don't need the "oleacc.dll" to run. We will fix it in this week(SWFKit Pro 2 will come out in this week, we will notify all our users and send license keys to all SWFKit 1 and 2 users).
