Default Suggestion for future version - application manifest

As I read info about Windows Vista/7 I think that if a compiled program has an "application manifest" it will usually be able to request a user privilege level and so avoid the Windows UAC limitations on such operations as ActiveXObject.register().

True???

If so is this something that could be added to SWFKit?

Thanks.
