How to use command line with SWFkit

In winrar i can use command line to make rar file .
example :
WinRAR a help *.hlp

to add all *.hlp files from the current folder to the archive help.rar

How i can use this command line in SWF kit ?

SWFKit 2 provides two properties
Application.cmdLine

and

Application.cmdItems

Please use these two properties to handle the command line arguments

To test your app with the specified command line arguments, please input the arguments into
main menu->view->options->preview and test options->program arguments
