sorry to bother you again, well just thought it's important for you. you're probably unaware that those who don't have taiwanese charset installed won't be able to load swfkit -> support forums without hitting the refresh/reload button in their browsers after clicking on the forum link. It affects all browsers. So probably many people don't even click the refresh button and are unable to access forums at all. and here's what w3c.org says:
