How to make a hyperlink to a local file in SWFKIT projector

I have question about making a hyperlink to a local file
normaly in flash file I just make a hyperlink to the file name directly & its extension like : *.html, *.doc, .*exe ...etc.

but I noticed that all hyperlinks starts with "http://" in SWFKIt projector which looks for an file on the internet & show that it can be found.

so, how can I make a hyperlink to a local file & avoide this problem without using fscommand

Thank you for your reply but I have tried your method :
c:\1.txt -> file:///C:/1.txt
but still not working.

my problem is that when I try to use the action "get url" in flash & link it for example to "tst.exe" in the same folder that the file at, it works with swf file but when I convert the swf to SWFKIT projector it gives the message "can't find the file http://tst.exe/"

I hope you can help me in this
