Fullscreen option is a bit off???

We're running a flash spot compiled to an EXE with SwfKit set to run Fullscreen. We use this as an "overlay" to what's going on beneath. Using fullscreen allows us to easily position this flash along the left side and bottom of the screen. For some reason, on certain machines (not all) the fullscreen option (with or without border) comes up slightly down and to the right.

Any suggestions?

I think it causes that due to the old settings saved into the system regkey, could you clear the regkey about your application and try again?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> SOFTWARE -> TOPCMM -> YOURAPPLICATION->V1.0->Settings
