Wrapping SWFKit EXE with Armadillo

Has anyone had any luck wrapping an SWFKit exe with Armadillo (http://www.siliconrealms.com/)?

Depending on the project, we get either a fatal error or the exe is not visable - it shows up in the taskbar and you can see the process running, but it is otherwise not visiable.

Any ideas?
