It would seem SWFKit has an issue with the version of Flash.ocx on this machine. Maybe due to me running Firefox as a browser.
I tried it on another machine that only has IE and it works fine. So does that mean SWFKit can't operate properly other than on IE ? :'( SWAN ... |

More on this.
Even though I get the error, it does produce an exe file, although corrupt. When run, it shows no swf file, but most concerning, it says it is an unregisterd version (even though it is registered). It would be nice to get e reply on this guys !!! SWAN ... |

Please change the Flash Player in the drop-down list and try again. If neither of the Flash players can work, it must be a bug of SWFKit. If just the system installed flash player cannot work, it must have been locked by the browser and cannot be read.

OK - well I changed the Flash version to 6. And it did build without an error. However the resultant exe will not play properly because I built the project using Flash MX2004 & version 7.
The problem still remains - I still suspect the browser (Firefox). Have you tested SWFKit yourself with Firefox and the latest Flash player ? SWAN ... |

Further again.
The problem is solved. When I had the problem I had chosen "system installed version" which was Version 7 r19. But if I change it to Version 7 r19 (same version but not system installed) the problem went away. I didn't think that would have made any difference, being the same version number, but there ya go. Thank you Support for you time. SWAN ... |
