'open with' projector question

Hi,
I'm curious to know whether it is possible to have a file with some extension like .f4s be opened with a projector and have the contents put into the projector movie (e.g. the file contents are: "&flashvar1=yes&flashvar2=1&flashvar3=... etc" and I would like to have the file opened with the projector -- 'Open with...' windows command -- and loaded into the movie). I tried doing this, and it would just launch the projector, not load the variables (apparently). Is there some ffish code to use in this case of starting the projector from a file with variables?
