Could anyone tell me how to customise the menu shown from the system tray icon, as stated in the help document.

"Show application icons in the system tray and customize the menu shown in the system tray"

SWFKit cannot customize the menu shown in the system tray at will. The menu items you can add to the system tray menu are restricted in "Flash Player menu", "configure", "help" and "about".
(See "Set projector options"->"behaviour"->"add to context menu")

The next version of SWFKit will support full customized right click menu and system tray menu.

SWFKit 1.051 cannot do that. The new version will come out soon, it supports the features.
