final application crash's after a few goes.

Has any experienced problems with their application crashing when you pack your files.

My application has a lot of files packed into it and im using the getAdditionalFile command to access these files and display them. If i dont pack these files then the application seems to work fine, but once i have packed them the application becomes unstable.

The application seems to work fine if i dont pack my files. Anyone got any ideas?
