Installation Issue

How can I have all my apps installed in the same directory and the same folder instead of having 5 different folders underneath each other? Is that possible with SWFkit? e.g. All Programs - My Apps - each individual app folder with their content

What are the 5 folders?

5 different applications in one and the same folder in the All Programs menu e.g. Macromedia - Flash MX 2004 with it's own menu popping out (e.g. Read Me, Uninstall and Visit Website) and Captivate would have its own section in the Macromedia folder with similar menu. Sorry I don't speak the lingo fully yet...Hope I make more sense this time though?
