Yes! Product purchaser may send requirements to support@123flashchat.com and we'll make a skin for you, the quote is $100 for every skin.

It includes the color scheme, background and logo change, but the position of the buttons and the menus will not be changed.

It is recommended to enable/disable the buttons and menus in the visual admin panel instead.

3. Can you design a logo for us?

No problem! Just tell us the color code and font, or send us the graphic reference and we'd love to make one freely for you in 24 hours after your identity as software license purchaser is confirmed.

We charge one hour of extra developing fee ($100) to do this job for you by editing the AS files.

5. How to resize flash chat client?

123 Flash Chat flash client is resizable by configuring the size in HTML code.

Edit the flash tag with which you insert the chat client into your webpage, find the default size: WIDTH="634" HEIGHT="476",
replace the values with the expected width and height.

Technically the smallest size is 550*250, and the width would better be over 400 pixel. If you need it smaller, try the lite version of the chat client.

6. Can I have my own avatars or smileys/emotions?

Yes, we charge one hour of extra developing fee ($100) for replacement of every group of avatar files.

You may design the avatars or smileys and send the ZIP package to us and we'll replace for you.

Please be aware that the avatar graphics are supposed be in 20x20 (or 16x16)pixels, GIF or PNG format (with transparent background).

You are suggested to have no more than 50 avatars, the number of avatars can also be a product of row ( <= 8 )and column( <= 10 ),like (8 x 10= 80), or (5 x 6 = 30).

The same manner apply to smileys/emotions replacement, we charge one hour of extra developing fee ($100) for replacement of every 12 smileys. 24 smileys replacement costs $200.
