* White Board Module is added, optional. Details
* Image Transfer Module is enhanced that not only a local picture can be uploaded but
also an internet picture can be linked,users can send an internet URL with the suffix
as ".jpg" and the chat client will load and display the image accordingly.
* Management privilege: The Admin, Moderator and Speaker will not be restricted by
the users limit of a room.
* The bug that some public messages are missing is fixed.
