Frequently used responses can be predefined in 123LiveHelp Operator Panel for quick use, so live supporters can help clients more efficiently and avoid typing repetitive answers.
Operator can add/delete/categorise predefined messages. And the messages are organized per operator, so to give customers a personal reply.
