123Livehelp Milestone version 4.0 was released!

The new changes for 123 Live Help 4.0 are basically at the client-side.

The Customer panel remains web-based to be cross-platform and no client installation involved, while the Admin panel and Operator panel are turn to Windows applications to offer richer functions:

1) Operator Statistics Added.

Admins are entitled to generate working report of the operators, such as the average pick up time, established conversations, average rating, etc. It is beneficial to the performance management of the operators.

2) Offline Message Management Optimized.

3) Valuable Customer Recognition.

5) Code Generator Integrated.

The code generator of the live help software is now added to the admin panel instead of on the webpage only. Therefore the admin can control the UI more easily.
