The following picture is the outline of the "Connection Settings" panel. In this panel, you can configure the connection parameters of your 123 Live Help server, you may modify these parameters to suit your needs or just use default values. If a parameter is misentered, press the Restore Defaults button to restore its default settings.

Notes: To access this panel, please follow these steps: click the Tools -> Options -> Connection Settings in sequence. The Tools button locates in the menu bar of the operator panel.
