Since v5.0, 123LiveHelp newly introduced a new functionality to integrate your 123LiveHelp with it. The new tool will give your customers another way to find a support staff and a more leisure environment to find a solution for his problem.

How to integrate them?

There are only 3 steps to finish the integration.

1. You log in the Admin Panel of your 123 Flash Chat and click the Integrate 123LiveHelp in the navigation panel:

At here, please check this box: Activate 123LiveHelp function, enter the IP and port number of your 123LiveHelp Server Software, and click the Save button.

2. You click on the Room settings in the navigation panel and double-click the room you need to add 123LiveHelp object, let's take Default Room as an example.

Then you will see the following panel:

Click on the 123LiveHelp tab, select a role that will appear in this room, it can be 123LiveHelp, a department or a specific operator, and then its sex and its name. Taking this example, we added an operatora, his sex is Secret and his custom name is 123LiveHelp, when it is finished, click the Add button and the Save button in sequence.

3. Log in your 123LiveHelp as operatora, and go back to the chat panel of your 123 Flash Chat, you'll see a user named operatora is already in the room now.

Double-click on his nickname or avatar and initialize online help.
