Operator panel auto start when windows start
"Auto Start When Windows Start" option at operator panle -> Tools -> Options-> Other. To enable it, operator panel must be runned as administrator for Windows Vista and Windows7 users.

Send welcome message when operator pick up someone
Canned welcome messages. Operators can edit them at operator panel -> Canned Stuff -> Canned Messages.
After you have set message in the textbox and checked the related checkbox and close this window,the setting will be in effect.

If customer can send a video request to operator
Clients can launch a video conversation with operators initiatively if admin enable it at admin panel -> Chat Settings
