File-transfer added, being available for both operators and clients.
If the file is a bmp/jpg/gif/png image , it will be displayed right in the chat window.

File Transfer Settings:

Admin may find 7 options regarding file-transfer at Admin Panel -> File transfer.

1. Enable/disable file-transfer.
2. Available for operator client or not.
3. Available for visitor/customer client for not.
4. Max file fize allowed. (in KB)
5. File types allowed. Multiple extension names should be separated by a semicolon ','.
6. Upload path. It will use default path if it is left blank.
7. Download path. It will use default path if it is left blank.
