Live status file path
The information related to the online and offline operators will be recorded in the live_status.js. You can set the path for it in the below textbox.

If you leave this textbox empty, this file will be placed in <123 Live Help installation directory>/html by default. The advantages of setting the path for it is that it can speed up the rate of53isiting the relevant page. After finishing this configuration, you have to do some modification in the corresponding position of the generate code. 

Note: the file should locate in your website's root directory.
