This is a brief tutorial on how to get the chat ID in 123FlashChat mobile App, and it has two parts, respectively for the chat users or for the chat room owners. |
Tutorial for Chat Users
It’s pretty easy! You can get the Chat ID from the chat room’s owner or admin. And once you’ve logged in successfully, single sign-on will be enabled and next time you can enter the same chat room automatically without being required to enter the chat ID again.
Tutorial for Chat Room Owners
Precondition: You can’t get a chat ID until you’ve already bought a 123FlashChat license or rented a 123FlashChat hosted chat room and then own your own chat room(s).
Terms of Use: You agree that there is no porn or violence in the chat content, or any unlawful content against the applicable laws. Otherwise we TOPCMM may delete any chat ID at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content).
How to request an chat ID: Generally speaking, you need activate it in the customer panel manually and wait for approval.
Step by Step Guides:
For hosting buyers:
1.Login http://customer.123flashchat.com/helpdesk/index.php with the management account we sent you via email when the hosted chat was created, click the tab Host.
2. Click the button Activate for mobile app, and you will be assigned with a chat ID once approved.
3. Auto-Login A Room: Enter a specific room ID (which can be set in admin panel), then your chat users will enter that room automatically; Or leave it blank, so that they will see the room list and choose a room to enter.
For license buyers:
There are three files in the ZIP package:
1. Login http://customer.123flashchat.com/helpdesk/index.php with the account we sent you together with your license files, and click the tab License.
2. Click the button Activate for mobile app, and you will be assigned with a chat ID once approved.
3. Please enter the relevant information: Chat Server, Chat Server Port, and optional Room ID.
