How to install phpnuke host mod

Integrate 123Flashchat to the PHPNuke

This's a quick tutorial to install PHPNuke module of 123flashchat, you can download PHPNuke module of 123flashchat here:

http://www.123flashchat.com/download/phpnuke_mod_for_123flashchat.zip

This tutorial is just for certain case when the chat server and your phpNuke are installed on different servers.
(Otherwise if you're hosting the chat and phpNuke all by your own on the exact same server, you may skip the guide below and go directly to another tutorial for help.)

IMPORTANT: You CAN'T use this module until installing 123flashchat system firstly.

If it is too hard for you to install this PHPNuke module and you need help, you can contact our supporter in online demo, you may need to pay two hour extra service fee($100) for the module installation. But if you'd rather try by yourself, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1): Copy following files in PHPNuke module into PHPNuke forum root directory

to:

Copy modules to phpnuke/modules,
Copy blocks to phpnuke/blocks.

Step 2): Integrate chat with PHPNuke using index.php

Open "modules123flashchatconfig.php", you will find:

$chat_client_root_path = "";

$swf_file_name = "123flashchat.swf";

If your host is at http://host15.123flashchat.com/hostname/,
just set

$chat_client_root_path = "http://host15.123flashchat.com/hostname/";

then Please contact us( support@123flashchat.com or online

http://www.123flashchat.com/demo.html) where did you copy

modules/123flashchat,then we can change host setting for you.

Now you can try to open http://localhost/phpnuke/modules/123flashchat/123flashchat.swf to check if chat is shown up, and try to use your account in PHPNuke to login chat to see if login_chat.php has connected to your database.

Step 3): Show chat link and block in PHPNuke, enable single sign-on.

Enable Module:

you will see :

Activate 123flashchat, then chat link will be shown at the left of main page.

Then add blocks, choose blocks at first:

You will see:

Click on "Upload file" and click on "create block", then chat block will be shown up.
Now enjoy your chat
