If you want to set Basic System Settings, please click System Settings->Basic System Settings in the Admin Panel. As shown below

In this panel, the administrator can set the max connections (which means the concurrent users of it), select time zone and save chat history or not.

Note: Done with configuration, please click the “Submit” button to make the changes effective.
