If you don't like the default logo of Friend List of 123 Web Message, you can change it via Logo Settings. As the following picture shows, we'll guide you on how to do it.

Enter the url of the new logo into the textbox below the line "Enter the URL of your logo" and click the Submit button. If you want to give up the changing process, just click the Reset button.
